The highly anticipated A Night of Mystery Gala and WomenCan Awards brought together leaders, visionaries, and changemakers to celebrate women who are redefining leadership and breaking barriers across South Africa and beyond.


Hosted by WomenCan, a pioneering women empowerment platform founded by Tumi Mthembu, this year’s gala carried the theme “Unlocking Your Inner Power.” The evening was a glamorous yet purposeful gathering that spotlighted resilience, influence, and innovation across diverse industries.

In her address, Tumi Mthembu urged women to boldly embrace their influence:

“It is time to align our businesses, working environment and homes with the values we want to see reflected in society.
